Hikmah Yang Dapat Diambil Dari Film “The Avengers”

The Avengers film terbaru Marvel yang ramai diperbincangkan bahkan sebelum film ini diluncurkan memiliki banyak hal yang dapat kita pelajari dan jadikan contoh dalam mengelola suatu organisasi atau menjadi bagian dari suatu organisasi. Berikut adalah beberapa hikmah yang dapat saya rangkum setelah menonton film The Avengers :


1. hebat sebagai individu, sempurna sebagai sebuah tim. 
Dalam film, Kolonel Nick Fury (diperankan oleh Samuel L. Jackson) yang menyadari hal ini sejak dini. Para superhero mungkin hebat pada mereka sendiri, tetapi mereka mampu mengalahkan kemungkinan terburuk hanya ketika mereka mulai bekerja sama (dan ketika Hulk menjadi sangat marah Grin ).


2. Seorang mentor dapat membantu. 
Seorang mentor tidak diperlukan tapi sangat membantu bila tersedia. Keberadaan seorang mentor "meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kesadaran diri" dan "meningkatkan pemikiran bisnis dan pengambilan risiko" dari pengusaha. Kolonel Fury menjabat sebagai pemandu (mentor) dari tim yang disebut Avengers. Dia juga tahu kapan harus menghindari Hulk.


3. Mengelola pemain bintang tidak mudah. 
Perusahaan mencari pemain bintang, di penjualan atau di departemen lain, menawarkan gaji dan insentif yang menguntungkan untuk memikat mereka dan menjaga mereka. Mengelola bintang, kolonel Fury menyadari sejak awal, sulit dikarenakan ego mereka, sisi gelap mereka dan keistimewaan masing-masing. Menjaga mereka dari meninggalkan tim adalah masalah internal yang penting. Menjaga mereka dari membunuh satu sama lain tampaknya menjadi masalah yang lebih besar. Dalam kata-kata Bruce Banner / Hulk, "We're a chemical mixture that creates chaos." Persis, bagaimana mengatasinya?!


4. Fokus dalam menghadapi persaingan.

Setelah itu, Anda ingin menunjukkan kekuatan untuk membuktikan bahwa Anda masih di atasnya.


7. Motivasi untuk bergabung dengan tim atau Alasan.

NIGERIA (Arrahmah.com) - Ulama terkenal dari Nigeria pada Senin (14/5/2012) berkumpul di Mushin, Provinsi Lagos, barat daya Nigeria, untuk menyaksikan upacara penamaan seorang bayi. Bayi tersebut bukan bayi biasanya sehingga harus masuk pemberitaan di media, namun bayi yang terlahir pada 7 Mei 2012 tersebut terlahir dengan membawa sebuah Al-Quran kecil di tangannya dari rahim ibunya. Allahu akbar!

Setelah menyampaikan sebuah kultum, seorang ulama Nigeria, Ustadz Abdul Rahman Olanrewaju Ahmed, memberikan nama kepada bayi tersebut dengan nama Abdul Wahab Iyanda Aderemi Irawo. Dalam pemberian nama tersebut, Ustadz Abdul Rahman juga menasihati sang ibu dari jabang bayi tersebut bahwa bayinya bukanlah seorang nabi meskipun ia terlahir dari rahimnya sambil memegang Quran.

Beliau juga menambahkan bahwa hal tersebut merupakan kehendak Allah, untuk mengirim bayi tersebut ke dunia dengan cara yang menakjubkan, yakni terlahir dengan membawa Quran dari rahimnya. Subhanallah!

Ulama lain yang ikut dalam acara tersebut antara lain Syaikh Abdulraman Sulaiman Adangba, Ketua dari Komunitas Nasrulifathi Ustadz Alhaji Abdullahi Akinbode, dan Dr Ramoni Tijani dari Komunitas Islam Alifathiquareeb.

Sebelumnya pada Ahad (13/5), ibu dari sang jabang bayi ini menyatakan diri memeluk Islam setelah melihat bayinya terlahir dengan membawa Quran dari rahimnya. Kini, sang ibu 32 tahun yang dulu bernama Kikelomo Ilori ini kemudian berganti menjadi Sharifat. Hal serupa juga dilakukan oleh nenek sang jabang bayi yang dulu memeluk agama Kristen sekarang menjadi seorang Muslim dan mengganti namanya dengan nama Islami.

Di luar rumah sang jabang bayi, banyak pedangang tumpah ruah menjual berbagai suvenir tentang bayi tersebut, mulai dari kaos, tasbih, dan foto-foto sang jabang bayi yang terlahir membawa Quran tersebut.

Kelahiran sang jabang bayi tersebut hingga saat ini masih mengundang kontroversi, dimana para sekularis menganggap sesuatu yang mustahil bagi seorang bayi terlahir dengan memegang (membawa) Quran dari rahim sang ibu.
